If you have ever tried to send a person a post from Instagram, a video from YouTube, an image from a smartphone’s gallery or a post from Twitter, you should perfectly understand what I mean when I say that coming up with something less logical than sharing menu (sharing) in Android would be very difficult. Usually, due to the illogical nature of the native sharing menu, manufacturers of third-party launchers had to redo it to their taste, which also did not always fall into the hands of users, since there was no talk of any universality because everyone did as it seemed convenient.

However, with the latest update of Android Q beta 4 (which we do not recommend installing Pixel smartphones to users), these problems with the sharing menu may be a thing of the past, as Google finally decided to redo it. Yes, we are talking about the arrangement of all the elements in the list in alphabetical order, as users of the “green robot” have long asked for, so that you do not have to scroll and scroll through dozens of options until you find Telegram, for example.
Needless to say, Google also thought that some applications that you use more often than others may be at the end of the list because of their name, and therefore added a special line for frequently used applications at the top of the updated sharing menu. Now the items and programs that you use more often than others will be displayed in a conspicuous place at the very top.
Unfortunately, you cannot influence the location of elements and applications in the quick access line, but at least you know for sure that when accessing the full list of alternatives in alphabetical order, you just need to scroll to the place there are applications whose name begins with the same letter as the element you are looking for.
Release of Android Q will take place this summer
Since the final beta version of Android Q has already been released, Google encourages developers to prepare their applications for its final release later this summer.
